ITS can provide consultation and support for systems and services owned and operated by business units external to ITS. The Department-Owned Systems Support team coordinates with other ITS units and 3rd-party vendors to resolve incidents and ensure your systems and applications are accessible and secure.
Each business unit is expected to be the knowledge holder, application owner, and business process owner for their unique systems. The role of Department-Owned Systems Support team is to partner with you to maintain business continuity and compatibility with other St. Thomas services.

- Public Safety & Parking - Command Client, Omnigo, RAVE, T2, DICE, CS Gold
- Dining Services - CBORD
