You can get support for your technology problems through a variety of ways: 

  • Use the search box at the top of this page to search our Service Catalog and Knowledge Base for common questions and to request help related to a specific St. Thomas technology service.
     
  • If you are unable to locate the service in our catalog and you would like to open a general ticket with ITS, click the "Submit Request" button on this page and complete the form.
     
  • For Registrar related requests, please submit a request directly through the Student Data & Registrar Service catalog due to the often times confidential nature of these requests.
