You can get support for your technology needs and questions in a variety of ways: 

  • Use the search box at the top of this page to search our Service Catalog and Knowledge Base for common questions and to request help related to a specific St. Thomas technology service.
  • Some of our TOP requested Services are listed here so you can find them easier to report a problem or submit a service request.
  • If you are unable to locate the service in our catalog and you would like to open a general ticket with ITS, click the "Click to Request Service" button on this page, complete the form, and we'll work with you to get your request the correct Service.
    • Please be aware that tickets submitted to the correct service directly will usually be processed faster then a "General" request due to the additional need for review and information collection necessary before escalation to the appropriate Service.
