This service is available for faculty, staff, and student clubs
ITS supports REACH Media as the university's digital signage platform. REACH integrates with the St. Thomas Poster App and TommieLink to allow faculty, staff and students to advertise upcoming events, courses, and other relevant content on digital displays across campus.
New digital signage systems can be purchased for your area for a cost that includes a $200 annual software license per digital sign, $300 for signage computer, and installation of a flat planel display (cost varies).
Getting Started
Faculty and staff can submit posters to the central campus-wide poster feed that appears in the Anderson Student Center. Student club events in TommieLink that are public and have been approved by Student Affairs also appear on the Anderson Student Center digital signage poster feed.
Digital signs in other buildings are managed by individual departments. If you are an approved user who manages your department's digital signage, you can use this link to login to Reach for departments.
