Getting Started

Admissions personnel attempting to sign into their Salesforce accounts can log in through the Salesforce Production on One St Thomas under Enterprise applications. Salesforce is single sign-on and multi-factor authentication enabled.

Request Service

Our request service form will allow you to:

  • Request a change to an application, open or close an application term, request a change to application fee waiver codes, request a new application for a new program.
  • Troubleshoot or report a problem
  • Request assistance for an applicant or application portal password reset
  • To request access for a new internal user please put in a request here. Access does come with an associated cost and thus must be approved beforehand.
