OneStThomas is the university's intranet (authentication-secured) platform which provides:
- A place to start your digital day at St. Thomas
- Find all of the login links to university apps, tools, and services
- Access to relevant, internal-facing news, events, and other secure content
- Look up community member's email, mailbox stop, phone number, office location, and more.
Internal News
Internal-facing university News intended for members of our community is published in OneStThomas, and employees should visit the site regularly to stay up-to-date. You'll also receive a weekly email with updates and featured stories from the university Newsroom which goes out to all campus members, alumni, donors, and friends of the university.
Events
Internal-facing university Events are published in OneStThomas, and employees should visit the site regularly to stay up-to-date. The OneStThomas events page provides a great summary of events posted via a number of university sources, as well as access to our academic calendars.
Find People
On the Find People page of OneStThomas, you can search for university employees by name or a variety of other criteria. Here you will find their office phone number, office room location, mail stop, and more.
Find Information
OneStThomas also provides a one-stop shop for quick access to university applications and tools, resources for both student and staff audiences, and quick links to department web sites. Don't forget to try the "Search this site..." box in the upper-right corner of the OneStThomas home page.
