The following are frequently asked questions related to St. Thomas email accounts which use Microsoft Office. 

How do I login to my St. Thomas email?

You can access your St. Thomas email from any campus computer by logging in and using the Outlook app already installed.

You can also access your St. Thomas email from any web browser using the instructions below:

  1. Go to OneStThomas at one.stthomas.edu
  2. Go to the Apps and Tools menu at the top
  3. Click on Office 365 Apps tab
  4. Click on Outlook Email
  5. Voila! You're logged into your email in Office 365. 

How do I setup my email on my phone or tablet?

The best experience for email on your phone is through the Microsoft Outlook app for android and iOS devices. View instructions to add email to your mobile devices here.

How long will I have access to my St. Thomas email account?

Your St. Thomas email will be available as long as your account is active. Student accounts expire 365 days after your last active term or graduation based on university policy. This is an automated process that completes based on your student status in Banner. Once your account is inactive, all data is deleted and you will no longer be able to login. 

How can I setup an automatic reply?

Login to your email (see instructions above) and follow the instructions on setting an automatic reply from Microsoft's website.

How do I forward my email to a different address?

Login to your email (see instructions above) and follow the instructions on forwarding email from Microsoft's website.
