This service is available for faculty, staff, and students.

Office 365 is Microsoft's collection of cloud-based applications and services that are free for all eligible St. Thomas faculty, staff, and students. 

Popular Office 365 services include: Email, OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, OneNote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Delve, Flow, and more.

  • Install the Office 365 apps on up to 5 personal devices including your laptop, tablet, and mobile phone.

Getting Started

Request Service

Our request service form will allow you to:

  • Request assistance with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or OneDrive
  • Troubleshoot or report a problem
  • Request access to Office Add-Ins and related applications. Examples include apps from the Microsoft app store and third-party services like SlideTeam.Net.
