ITS provides comprehensive support for Microsoft Windows desktops, laptops, and tablets at St. Thomas. This includes the configuration and ongoing maintenance of operating systems and associated software applications, as well as basic training and consultation services.
Windows computers acquired by the university are provisioned and prepared by ITS with current operating systems and applications. Software updates are regularly installed and deployed to university computers in order to maintain appropriate levels of compatibility and security.
