Apple Hardware and Software Support

This service is available for faculty, staff, and students.

ITS provides support for Apple devices and software, including Mac desktops and laptops, as well as iPads. This includes the configuration and ongoing maintenance of operating systems and associated software applications, as well as basic training and consultation services.

Apple devices acquired by the university are provisioned and prepared by ITS with current operating systems and applications.  Software updates are regularly installed and deployed to university devices in order to maintain appropriate levels of compatibility and security.
